Whether its ocean sounds at the beach to waterfalls in the mountains, use your imagination to just let go, be still and present and get the best night sleep ever! From downward dog to tree pose, by connecting poses with the breath, these classes help to build strength and confidence while learning ways to relax and find a sense of calm.
